Manchester Community College - Computer Repair and Share Club Constitution
Article One – Name
Section 1. The name of this organization is the Manchester Community College Computer Repair and Share Club.
Article Two – Purpose
Section 1. The purpose of this organization is to repair and configure donated computers for distribution to MCC students in need of services. And, to assist students who need help with fixing their computers. All computer services are free of charge. Donations to the club’s fund for services are encouraged, but not required.
Article Three – Membership
Section 1. The membership of this organization will consist of currently enrolled MCC students, faculty, and staff.
Section 2. The membership requirements are: A.Basic hardware or software skills. B.Attendance of one club meeting for each month. C.Currently enrolled at MCC.
Section 3. Robert’s Rules of Order and the MCC Student Senate Constitution govern the rules of conduct.
Section 4. If a member does not follow the college rules and policies, they will be expelled from the club.
Article Four – Officers
Section 1. The officers of this organization are president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.
Section 2. Officer qualifications: A. Currently enrolled in a credited MCC class. B.Completed three academic credits at MCC. C.Grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
Section 3. The term of office is one year.
